比賽資訊
比賽須知
★注意事項：
1、踢踏舞、佛朗明哥...等特殊舞鞋之舞蹈不列入比賽成績，恕不退費。
2、每位選手限定報名1組隊伍，如有重覆報名情形將取消比賽資格。
3、比賽當天非參賽者不得進出參賽者休息區、後台比賽準備區，請參賽者務必轉達，如發現該團有非參賽者進出，將取消得獎資格。
4、彩排時間為比賽當日中午12:00，請於11:30報到。
5、比賽音樂長度超過3分鐘不列入比賽評分。
6、比賽音樂當天請於報到時繳交USB及音樂CD光碟，切勿使用DVD光碟及手機，其他方式恕不接受。
7、比賽時不可使用需放置於舞台的大道具，及任何會產生影響舞台清潔的道具。
8、絕對禁止使用明火，指以產生火焰、火花或火星等方式之比賽道具。
9、燈光音響統一，無法有特別需求。
10、參賽者須自行取得音樂使用權，若有版權爭議事項，與主辦單位無關。
11、參賽者請攜帶身份證件以備查驗，若冒名頂替參賽者則以棄權論。
12、比賽現場不提供彩排，但主辦單位將給予測試音樂時間，並讓舞者進行簡單走位，時間安排以主辦單位現場安排為準。
13、比賽現場禁止拍照、錄音、錄影。
14、完成報名即視為同意本活動相關規定及公告訊息，將參與本次比賽及相關活動期間之著作權及肖像權，無條件授權主辦單位及主辦單位授權之第三人，進行全程攝錄影、複製、製作各式文宣，於網站重製、公開播送、公開傳輸及進行其他必要之改作、重製、編輯等之推廣運用。
15、參賽者參加本活動之同時，即同意接受比賽注意事項之規範，如有違反本活動注意事項之行為，主辦單位得取消其參加或得獎資格，並對於任何破壞本活動之行為保留相關權利。
16、如遇天災等不可抗力因素停止上班上課導致須延期辦理，或場地、時間等有異動時，將於活動網站公告，請報名者隨時留意網站訊息，恕不另行通知。
17、其他關於場館注意事項，請至高雄市政府文化局網頁查詢。
18、報名送出後，即表示同意主辦單位所有事項，完成報名後，恕不接受參賽者退費請求。
19、主辦單位保留終止、修改、取消本活動以及相關內容變更、解釋之權利；如有未盡事宜或最新訊息，將於活動網站公布，恕不另行通知。
★領獎規範 ：
1、依據所得稅法規定：參加競技比賽獲得之獎金超過新臺幣20,001元以上，需扣繳獎金總金額10%之稅額，外籍人士扣繳20%所得稅。且皆需繳交身分證正反面影印本一份給主辦單位，以利開立扣繳憑單，否則主辦單位保有不發放獎金之權利。
2、依規定未滿20歲之得獎者，須由年滿20歲以上代理人代為領獎。

★ NOTICE
1、Dances such as tap dance, flamenco... and other special dance shoes are not included in this competition and no refund for the registration.
2、A Contestants may not compete in more than one crew，or the contestant will be disqualified.
3、Forbid non-contestants to entering the rest area and the backstage, if the person related to any crew, which will be disqualified.
4、Rehearsal time at 12:00 pm, please check in before 11:30 am.
5、If the music length is over than 3:00 minutes, it will result in a deduction.
6、The device must be in good condition. It is a crew’s responsibility to keep a back-up device available at all times for use, and please turn in the music CD during check-in and mark your team name.
7、Props that needs to be placed on stage and anything will make a mess are not allowed to use during the competition.
8、Fire, sparkle and fireworks that will cause safety hazard are strictly prohibited.
9、Unit light and music device, no special request is allowed.
10、Contestants are required to obtain the right to use the music themselves. If there is a copyright dispute, it is not related to the organizer.
11、Contestants need to prepare ID to check. Use faked ID will be disqualified.
12、During the rehearsal, it will have music test and to check the moves and the position, but it won’t be able to practice full routine. the rehearsal time will be arranged by the organizer.
13、No photography, video, and sound recording during the competition.
14、Release of likeness: After the registration complete, which means participants allow OSTA, its affiliates, the organizer, agents and sponsors to film, videotape,and/or record the participants’ performance(s) and event participation for use in all forms of television, motion pictures, home video, internet, social media, radio,press releases, media, public relations, and other promotion/media vehicles whether now known or hereafter devised.
15、The registration means to agree all of the rules of this competition, the related contestants will be disqualified and the organizer will remain the rights for any act that undermines this activity.
16、If the weather and the other irresistible factors causes the government to call off school and work for the day, the competition’s time and location to change, the organizer will post the latest news on the official website.
17、Other information about the competition area, please check Bureau of Cultural Affairs,Kaohsiung City Government’s website.
18、After the registration completed, it means to agree all of the rules above, and no refund for the registration fee.
19、The organizer has the rights to terminate, change, and cancel the activity, content, and explanation of this event, all of the latest news will be announced on our official website.
★Rule of the awards
1、Based on income tax regulation in Taiwan, contest’ awards, over NT 20,001, is taxable for 10% and 20% for foreigner. Award winner needs to provide an ID Copy to the the organizer for the receipt of the cash prize, or the organizer has the right to cancel the cash prize.
2、The winner, under the age of 20, is required to receive an award from an agent, over the age of 20.
